Can I try ComplianceKit before committing?
Yes. Our free tier gives you access to the compliance checklist and readiness quiz so you can assess your GDPR gaps before upgrading. No credit card required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via our secure payment processor, Stripe. All transactions are processed in Euro (EUR).
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time from your Settings page. When switching to yearly, you will receive the discounted rate immediately.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and the prorated difference will be applied. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a contract or lock-in period?
No. Both monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled at any time. Monthly plans end at the end of the current month; yearly plans end at the end of the current year.
Are the templates legally compliant for Irish businesses?
Our templates are designed specifically for Irish businesses and reference the Data Protection Act 2018, GDPR, and DPC guidance. However, they are templates and should be reviewed by your legal advisor for your specific circumstances.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. After that, it is permanently deleted from our systems in accordance with our own GDPR obligations.
Do you offer discounts for charities or non-profits?
Yes. Registered Irish charities and non-profits receive a 30% discount on all plans. Contact us at support@compliancekit.ie with your charity registration number.
